Paula Alford, a Paterson native, is a serial entrepreneur who loves everything Business and Marketing. Paula graduated from William Paterson University with a B.A. in Communications and Post University with an MBA, majoring in Entrepreneurship Marketing.
Alford is the CEO and Marketing Director of 176 E Marketing Group, a marketing firm focused on elevating businesses with effective solutions. The marketing company created and produces The Cha Ching Show, dedicated to exploring the world of branding, business, finance, and entrepreneurship. Another brand/organization created by the marketing company is the FTIGROUP, a nonprofit organization that provides resident’s support services through programming targeted at enhancing city residents quality of life.
Alford served as a Commissioner at The Paterson Housing Authority for the past five years, with the last four consecutive years as the Chairperson of the board, focusing on improving the quality of life for residents living in Housing throughout the city through strategic partnerships and innovative projects. She is also a Commissioner on the Passaic County Board of Social Services.
As a type 1 Diabetic, Paula serves the Health Coalition of Passaic County as the Diabetes Community Champion, showing others how to thrive while living with the disease. Paula’s ambition is electrifying and her love for excelling through leadership roles and entrepreneurship while serving in her community reflects purpose and passion.
